Monique James

Monique James is an Associate Attorney with HawkLaw. Ms. James received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina in 2013 and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017. While at the University of South Carolina, Ms. James served as the Treasurer for the Black Law Students Association and volunteered with the Income Tax Association and the Restorative Justice Program with Richland County School District One. She was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2018.

Ms. James honed her advocacy skills during her time practicing Family Law before shifting her focus to Personal Injury that she continues to practice today.

In her spare time, Ms. James is an avid roller skater and enjoys spending time with her family.
